Creating a brand manual and implementing a rebranding are fundamental steps for any business. It is important to consolidate the identity and adapt to the new demands of the market. At Ayhe Communication, we recently had the opportunity to develop this process for Sara Vallespí, creator of Revincula, a family guidance project.
🧭 What is a brand manual and why do you need it?
A brand manual is a document that outlines the visual and communicative guidelines of a brand, ensuring its coherence and consistency across all channels and platforms. It includes elements such as the logo, color palette, typography, tone of voice, and other aspects that define the brand’s personality. Additionally, we have included template proposals to enhance its online presence.
🔄 Rebranding: updating the identity of Revincula
The rebranding of Revincula involved not only an aesthetic change but also a redefinition of its essence and message. We began with a deep analysis of the existing brand, identifying its strengths and areas for improvement. From there, we established the following steps:

1. Mission and vision review
We redefined the brand’s values and objectives to ensure they reflected Revincula’s evolution.
2. Target audience analysis
We adapted the strategy to their needs and preferences.
3. Update: visual identity
We redesigned the logo, selected a new color palette, and established the typography and graphic elements that best represent the brand’s new image.
4. Redefinition of the tone of voice
We established a more approachable and authentic communication tone, aligned with the brand’s values and the audience’s expectations.
5. Implementation and communication of the change
We introduced the brand’s new image to clients, including updates on social media and other communication channels.
📸 Result: a new image
The result of our collaborative work with Sara Vallespí is a renewed brand identity that maintains the essence of Revincula but with a fresher and updated image. The new brand manual serves as a guide for future applications and ensures visual and communicative consistency in all cases.
